For more than 30 years, the Sandcastle Farm program has helped horses and riders achieve a harmonious partnership and attain their goals.
The farm offers basic riding lessons, dressage lessons, and dressage training, beginner through FEI, in an atmosphere that is positive, relaxed and fun. We produce riders who are competent and confident and horses that are supple, light and obedient. We also help those in other disciplines – jumping, reining, barrels, saddle seat – become more successful. Sandcastle instructors excel at improving the rider's seat and aids to optimize relaxation and performance. Sandcastle students are regularly in the ribbons and qualify for Regional Championships.
Sandcastle Farm strives to provide the best horse-centered care. Horses live in comfy, well-ventilated stalls with doors that allow them to look out. They enjoy daily turnout on rolling grass pastures, high quality hay, individualized feeding programs, and a staff that understands the nature of horses. It’s no wonder Sandcastle has been nick-named “Happy Horse Farm” by clients and visitors.
The facility includes an indoor arena with mirrors, a large outdoor area that accommodates both riding on the flat and hill work, cavaletti, jumps, and 17 acres over which to ride.
